FEATURED WINES – CHLOE – $7/$20 bottle (coupons or credit):
Our Chloe Rosé is a Pinot Noir-based blend that is light and elegant in style. This dry Rosé is ballet slipper pink in color, offering delicate notes of fresh strawberries, raspberries and watermelon on the nose and palate. The blend is crisp and well-balanced with bright acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. The grapes were night harvested at 22-23 degrees Brix and fermented at a cool temperature to maintain the expressive aromas and natural acidity of the wine.
Pairs well with fresh oysters or watermelon and goat cheese salad.
Hailing from the cool Northern Italian Valdadige D.O.C., Chloe Pinot Grigio is a classic expression of this timeless varietal. Alluring aromatics lead into an intense expression of the Pinot Grigio grape with a generously structured mouthfeel. On the palate, this Pinot Grigio displays flavors of juicy white peach, soft melon, crisp apple and floral honeysuckle with a subtle undertone of Meyer lemon. This bright, classic Pinot Grigio is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks and delivers pure panache for sophisticated wine lovers.

Our Chloe San Lucas Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, sophisticated wine with luscious flavors of black cherry, ripe plum and dark chocolate, followed by delicate notes of roasted coffee and cinnamon bark. This well-balanced wine has a full-bodied mouthfeel and sturdy tannic structure that leads to a long, lingering finish.
Pairs well with filet mignon with a rich balsamic glaze.
Chloe Sonoma County Chardonnay is crafted from grapes grown primarily in Sonoma’s Russian River Valley. The wine is exceptionally well-balanced with sophisticated intensity, a creamy mid-palate and long finish. The opulent, rich flavors coaxed from the grapes with soft oak integration is achieved through a combination of stainless steel and oak fermentation. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged on oak, resulting in an elegant California Chardonnay with a silky finish.
Pairs well with fresh oysters or watermelon and goat cheese salad
Chloe Prosecco is bursting with fresh fruit flavors and fine bubbles with notes of peach, green apple, citrus and floral. Opulent yet balanced, with elegant acidity, this refreshing bubbly offers a crisp finish with a hint of minerality, revealing the proximity to the mountains and calcareous soils where the grapes are grown.
Prosecco is also a great choice to blend with orange juice for mimosas for a classic brunch beverage, available during the Festival
