Mark & Carol Reynolds

We begin each design by experimenting w/ mirrors that can be cut & configured to create infinite numbers of unique kaleidoscopic illusions; variations of triangles & squares. We design a wood delivery system, & in each case the wood on the outside reflects the mirror assembly inside. To make our scope interactive we build liquid cells that contain flame-worked glass, dichroic glass, shells, & found objects; our goal is a mesmerizing image where form follows function.
