I often think about my art as a response to the modern world and the so called modern artists by re-approaching the artistic values of the great masters. As an artist, I have the need to be always creating something of a lasting beauty; and it is precisely beauty what I consider to be the beacon of my work. Whether it is a person, a place, a moment, a shape, a form, I am constantly trying to perpetuate that beauty through my work.

I don’t think a true work of art needs to be explained. A true work of art is meant to be admired. It is meant to impress the viewer for its beauty and the technique of the artist. A true work of art is never finished; you just stop working on it.
