Visual Artists – Applications are now closed. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 show as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all 2020 confirmed artists will be offered a place in the 2021 show. We will be determining remaining openings over the next few weeks (July 30, 2020), and will update our application process at that time.

Performing Arts

For performing arts opportunities next year, please follow the following procedures:

Bands and Musical Entertainment (Local):

All variety or specialty street performers, including children’s entertainment

Caterers and Food Service Providers

The updated Caterer and Food Service Application will be posted after January 1. Thank you!

Exhibitor Booths

Non-profit booth spaces may be available at $1,750 per 10′ x 10′ space. An IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit, 501c3 organization must accompany your application.  We encourage non-profit organizations to provide a children’s activity in our MAIN ST. Creates! area, which comes with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space. If you would like to exhibit in the MAIN ST. Creates! area (without providing an activity), the fee is $750.

Commercial space costs are $8,000 for a 10′ x 10′ booth, $15,000 for a 10′ x 20′ booth and $25,000 for a 20′ x 20′ booth. The updated application will be posted after January 1. Thank you!

Novelty space is available for a guarantee of $750 per 10′ x 10′ space against 35% of sales. Novelty spaces are only available in the MAIN ST. Creates! area of the event. Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity. The updated application will be posted after January 1. Thank you!
