- Main Street from 2nd Street to 9th Street (cross street traffic maintained);
- 8th Street from Houston Street to Main Street - One curb lane on the south side of the street and parking curb cut;
Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 12:01 a.m. through Monday, April 22, 2013, 6 a.m.
- Main Street from Weatherford Street to 2nd Street (cross street traffic maintained);
- 1st Street from Main Street to Commerce Street, south lane;
- 2nd Street from Houston to Throckmorton, north loading lane;
- 2nd Street from Commerce to Main Street, north no parking lane and south parking lane;
- 5th Street from Throckmorton to Houston, close north curb lane until street close completely at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday;
- 6th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street – north and south curb lanes at 9 a.m. Two center lanes remain open. Access to Ashton Hotel, Central parking Garage, Blackstone Hotel and Embassy Suites Hotel parking to be maintained;
- 7th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street north and south curb lanes, closures begin at 9 a.m. Two center lanes remain open;
- 9th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street;
- 9th Street from Commerce to Calhoun Street;
- Houston Street from 11th Street to 9th Street (north bound lane) closed to all but local traffic due to closure of 9th Street to Houston
- 4th Street from Houston to Throckmorton, after 9:00 AM rush hour, close two south lanes and leave north two lanes open to thru traffic westbound;
Tuesday, April 16, 2013, 7 p.m. through Monday, April 22, 2013, 6 a.m.
- Commerce Street, west side parking lane from 1st Street to 3rd Street;
- 3rd Street between Houston Street and Commerce Street – Haltom’s store access remains open.
Wednesday, April 17, 2013, 12:01 a.m. through Monday, April 22, 2013, 6 a.m.
- Weatherford Street from Houston to Commerce - Close south parking lane and bag parking meters so it can be used as a golf cart lane;
- 1st Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Access to Renaissance Worthington Hotel parking garage will be maintained;
- 1st Street from Commerce Street to Calhoun Street - South and north parking lanes closed and parking meters bagged for truck parking;
- 2nd Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street after 9:00 AM rush hour each day - Access to Renaissance Worthington Hotel will be maintained from the Houston Street entrance – note: this closure will be dependent on traffic flow, and will be opened during morning rush hours to facilitate traffic flow into garage areas;
- 4th Street from Commerce to Houston Street - after 9:00 AM rush hour, close all lanes for set up only. South two lanes open at 6:00 AM on Thursday, April 18 and Friday, April 19, close at 9:00 a.m. each of these two days, then close for the weekend at 9:00 AM on Friday;
- 5th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Two south lanes will be open until 6:00 p.m. and then close at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday. The street will re-open Thursday April 18 and Friday April 19 from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. and then close again at 9:00 a.m. on Friday for the duration of the event;
- 5th Street from Throckmorton to Houston, after 6:00 PM rush hour. Egress will be maintained westbound to Throckmorton for parking garage and parking lot.
- 5th Street from Taylor to Throckmorton, close south curb lane;
- 6th Street from Throckmorton to Houston, close north curb lane;
- 6th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Two center lanes will be open all day Wednesday, April 17 and Thursday, April 18, and then close at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 18. The street will re-open Friday, April 19 at 6 a.m. and then close again at 6 p.m. for the duration of the event;
- 7th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Two center lanes will be open all day Wednesday, April 17 and Thursday, April 18, and then close at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 18. The street will re-open Friday, April 19 at 6 a.m. and then close again at 6 p.m. for the duration of the event;
- 8th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Access to Hilton Hotel will be maintained from Commerce to Main only. Del Frisco’s restaurant valet parking service will be relocated to 8th Street at Houston Street with vehicle turnarounds by valet, similar to 6th Street arrangement;
- 8th Street from Commerce Street to Calhoun Street - Close north parking lane to accommodate truck parking;
- Commerce Street (west parking/loading lane) from Weatherford Street to 9th Street - Close parking lane and bag parking meters so it can be used as a golf cart lane;
- Commerce Street from 2nd Street to 4th Street, - close additional full west traffic lane out to lane markings to facilitate loading/unloading. This closure will be in effect as necessary when load/unload and golf cart traffic is heaviest to avoid carts driving into traffic;
- Commerce Street (east parking lane) from 8th Street to 9th Street to accommodate truck parking;
- Commerce Street (east and west curb lanes) from 9th Street to 200 feet south to accommodate truck parking;
- Houston Street from 4th to 5th Streets, west two lanes, Wednesday, April 17, 9:00 AM through Monday, April 22, 6:00 AM. Traffic will be maintained southbound by lane shifts.
- Houston Street (east curb lane and recessed areas) from Weatherford Street to 9th Street - Close curb lane and bag meters so these spaces can be used as a golf cart lane. NOTE: Area between 5th St. and 3rd Street will not have a golf cart lane on Houston Street due to construction;
- Throckmorton close west curb lane between 4th and 6th Streets
Thursday, April 18, 2013, 12:01 a.m. through Friday, April 19, 2013, 6 p.m.
- 4th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - South two lanes will be open during peak traffic hours, 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.;
- 4th Street from Throckmorton Street to Houston Street – North two lanes will remain open. Traffic officers will be posted at Houston St. intersection to help manage pedestrian flow across Houston Street.
- 5th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street – close at Houston after 9:00 AM each day, Thursday, April 18 and Friday, April 19. Traffic Officers will be posted at 5th and Houston Streets to facilitate pedestrian crossing during the day.
- 5th Street from Houston Street to Throckmorton Street - South lane will be open to allow egress from parking garage and parking lot only to the west, to Throckmorton Street – no thru traffic eastbound;
- 6th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Two center lanes will be open until end of evening peak hours at 6 p.m. Street will re-open at 6 a.m. Friday, April 19 and then close at 6 p.m. for the duration of the event;
- 7th Street from Houston Street to Commerce Street - Two center lanes will be open until end of evening peak hours at 6 p.m. Street will re-open at 6 a.m. Friday, April 19 and then close at 6 p.m. for the duration of the event;
- Houston Street between 4th and 5th Streets, 6:00 PM (approximately) until 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, to accommodate crowds traversing those two intersections in the evenings. Two way traffic will be set up on Houston between 6th and 7th Street to allow access to Ashton Hotel, Grace valet parking and parking garage on 6th between Houston and Main while closure of Houston Street in in effect.
Friday, April 19, 2013, 6 p.m. through Monday, April 22, 2013, 6 a.m. All street closures in effect.
- Main Street from Weatherford Street to 9th Street;
- 1st Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 2nd Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 3rd Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 4th Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 5th Street from Commerce Street to Throckmorton Street (garage exit allowed);
- 6th Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 7th Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 8th Street from Commerce Street to Houston Street;
- 9th Street from Houston Street to Calhoun Street;
- Houston Street from 12th Street to 9th Street (local traffic only);
- Houston Street between 4th and 5th Streets, all day, to accommodate crowds traversing those two intersections on the weekend and tear down on Sunday (note – two southbound lanes can start out being open until the pedestrian traffic causes the closure to occur, and directs all traffic westbound on 4th Street. Two way traffic will be set up on Houston between 6th and 7th Street to allow access to Ashton Hotel, Grace valet parking and parking garage on 6th between Houston and Main while closure of Houston Street in in effect
- Parking lanes on Weatherford Street, Commerce Street, Houston Street, 1st Street, 4th Street, and 8th Street as mentioned above.
