Music On Main
Hundreds of performers on three stages, rockin' and rollin' for four days at Fort Worth's largest music festival.
So, what's your plan for the top Music Festival in Texas? "MUSIC ON MAIN" is where literally hundreds of performers give it their all on three stages along the streets of downtown, rockin' and rollin' for four days at Fort Worth's largest music festival. From the blues of Robert Cray to the incredible sounds of The Mavericks and Raul Malo, from Mingo Fishtrap to the soothing jazz piano of Eddie Palmieri, from Austin's own Bob Schneider to the Latin rhythms of Havana NRG and the aerial feats of the Chinese Acrobats of Hebei, to open-air concerts by Van Cliburn Gold Medalist Vadym Kholodenko, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and the Fort Worth Opera, we've got a fantastic lineup of free local, regional, national and international entertainment.
The University of Texas at Arlington is sponsoring our new MAIN Stage at 9th Street, bringing you some of the best entertainment from our own local community, as well as from across the country and around the world. We're also very pleased to have the Dallas-Fort Worth Professional Musicians Union Trust Fund as a supporter of our daytime entertainment, providing direct funding for most of our daytime musician stipends. Special thanks also to Sundance Square for their sponsorship of the Sundance Square Stage, and the Star-Telegram for their support of the Star-Telegram Performing Arts Stage.
