For performing arts opportunities for our 28th Anniversary Celebration in 2013, please follow the following procedures:
Bands and Musical Entertainment (Local)

All variety or specialty street performers, including children's entertainment, should forward a press kit either via e-mail or regular mail to our office.

Culinary Arts
We will begin taking application for our 2013 festival beginning September 15, 2012 through January 31, 2013. All interested parties must fill out the application below and forward to our office no later than the deadline indicated above.
Exhibitor Booths
Non-profit booth spaces may be available at $1,050 per 10' x 10' space, and an IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit will need to accompany your application. We have limited availability for non-profit organizations to provide a children's activity in our MAIN ST. Creates! area, along with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space. If you would like to exhibit in the MAIN ST. Creates! area (without providing an activity), the fee is $750.
Commercial space costs are $6,000 for a 10' x 10' booth, $11,000 for a 10' x 20' booth and $20,000 for a 20' x 20' booth.
Novelty space is available for a flat guarantee of $1,050 per 10' x 10' space against 32.6% of sales. Novelty spaces are only available in the MAIN ST. Creates! area of the event. Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity.
