Caterers and Food Service Providers
Applications for the 2017 MAIN ST. Arts Festival Caterer lineup is now closed and all spaces have been filled.
Non-profit booth spaces may be available at $1,750 per 10' x 10' space, and an IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit, 501c3 organization will need to accompany your application. We encourage non-profit organizations to provide a children's activity in our MAIN ST. Creates! area, which comes with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space. If you would like to exhibit in the MAIN ST. Creates! area (without providing an activity), the fee is $750.
Commercial space costs are $8,000 for a 10' x 10' booth, $15,000 for a 10' x 20' booth and $25,000 for a 20' x 20' booth.
Novelty space is available for a guarantee of $750 per 10' x 10' space against 25% of sales. Novelty spaces are only available in the MAIN ST. Creates! area of the event. Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity.
