The MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival provides numerous opportunities to get involved with the four-day festival, including our third annual, "Fearless Film Fest!"

Performing Arts

For performing arts opportunities for our 25th Anniversary Celebration in 2010, please follow the following procedures:

  • Bands and Musical Entertainment (Local)
    • The Dallas Fort Worth Professional Musicians Union books all of our local and Texas bands and musical entertainment.  Please contact:
  • All variety or specialty street performers, including children's entertainment, should forward a press kit either via email or regular mail to our office.

Culinary Arts

Our deadline for restaurants to participate in the 2010 festival will be January 31, 2010.   All interested parties must fill out an application and forward to our office no later than the deadline indicated above.

Exhibitor Booths

Non-profit booth spaces are available at $850 per 10' x 10' space, and an IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit will need to accompany your application.  We have limited availability for non-profit organizations to provide a children's activity in our MAIN ST. Creates! area, along with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space.  If you would like to exhibit in the MAIN ST. Creates! area (without providing an activity), the fee is $550.

Novelty space is available for a flat guarantee of $500 per 10' x 10' space against 25% of sales.  Novelty spaces are only available in the MAIN ST. Creates! area of the event.  Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity.

Commercial space costs are $6,000 for a 10' x 10' booth, $11,000 for a 10' x 20' booth and $20,000 for a 20' x 20' booth.
