MAIN ST. Creates!
The area, operating during daytime hours all four days of the festival, is located at the north end of the festival between First and Second Streets in the shadow of the old Tarrant County Courthouse, and will feature two free activity tents staffed by volunteers from MAIN ST. and Home Depot. MAIN ST. Creates! is presented by CHASE.
Various arts and crafts activities will be offered FREE from 10:00 am to Dusk.
Other big crowd-pleasers in MAIN ST. Creates! will include:
- Rock Wall - Upwardly mobile x-sports enthusiasts can get a grip at this popular attraction, provided this year by Climb-N-Rock.
- Face-Painting - Party Faces, Inc. returns with great designs, working with safe, SNAZAROO water-based cosmetic face paints.
- Sand-art - creating masterpieces with sand is always a great way to get a souvenir of MAIN ST.
- Henna tattoos by Henna Gypsy
- Home Depot- children become the artist with free tile painting
- Caricatures by Dorinda - hand drawn caricature art
- Waxed Roses - the dipping of a fresh rose in wax
